One of the most important things we do in our everyday life is exercise; and it has never been more vital now, as our normal daily activities are restricted.

UKW7 would like to encourage any of players, coaches, volunteers and their family members to exercise, to keep your body and mind healthy.

Sports England have released a webpage and initiative called #StayInWorkOut

Here you can find a tab called ‘Get Active At Home’ and here are lists of Gyms, organisations and apps you can use to keep active at home. See the video below:
